When you book an appointment you are agreeing to these policies,
please be sure to read them completely
ENTRY IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
All piercings, check ups, jewelry changes, and jewelry shopping are done by appointment only.
Absolutely no walk ins or access to the studio without an appointment. This includes jewelry browsing and shopping!
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
All appointments are booked on our website. No appointments are booked by phone or email. If you’re not seeing availabilities then unfortunately we are currently booked. People do cancel and change appointments so it is worthwhile to check back and see if anything has opened up. If you don’t have any luck with that then on the first of each month at 11:30 am EST the next month will open for booking!
When you book your appointment please familiarize yourself with the policies and terms you are agreeing to by booking an appointment. We know that appointments go quickly so you can always read all the important information on those pages before new dates are available or after you’ve booked your appointment and cancel it if you are unable to comply.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP
Don’t want to book an appointment but want to shop our jewelry? You can order jewelry off of our web store and we are offering curbside pick-up for jewelry orders if you don’t need help with putting your jewelry in. Visit our web store to purchase, and select “pick up” for curbside pick-up. You do not need to make an appointment for curbside as you are not entering the studio and will just be handed your packaged jewelry. Just follow the instructions in your email when your order is ready!
This is a good option if you know exactly what you need and do not need help with sizing or installing your jewelry. If you need assistance or have complicated jewelry needs we recommend booking an appointment as curbside is just a quick pick up at your car and doesn’t allow time sizing or styling.
ID POLICIES

If you are over 18
You must have a valid government-issued photo ID each time you get pierced. This can be a drivers license, passport, military ID, permanent resident card, etc. You must have the actual physical ID with you. Not a photocopy or picture of it, and it cannot be expired.

If you are under 18
You must have a parent/legal guardian present for all piercings, and must have the following identification:
If you’re coming with a parent: A birth certificate for the minor being pierced, plus the parent’s valid government-issued photo ID. Passports will not be accepted in place of a minor’s birth certificate. We need the birth certificate because it confirms the adult consenting to the piercing is the minor’s parent.
If you’re coming with a legal guardian: Court documents confirming guardianship of the minor being pierced, plus the legal guardian’s valid government-issued photo ID.
If you have a unique parental situation please contact us to make sure you bring the correct documentation so that we can pierce you!
You must bring proper ID with you every time you come in. It is not legal for us to pierce you without ID. This is non negotiable. If you forget your ID or have improper ID you will have to reschedule.

Guest Policy
Each appointment is for one person and no additional guests, friends, children or family members are allowed into the studio during the appointment. The only exception is for minors, under the age of 18 years old, who are required to have one (1) parent or legal guardian accompany them to their appointment.
We don’t have shared appointments or multiple person appointments. We only allow one person to enter the studio at a time at the start time of their appointment. If you and a friend are carpooling you still need to be on time for the earlier appointment time.
JEWELRY
All piercings must be performed using jewelry from the studio. This allows us to confirm the material and how it’s alloyed, quality, sizing, and surface finish of the jewelry and assure it is safe to be sterilized and then worn in a healing piercing. You can check out our web store and pricing page for more information on the costs of jewelry.
We have a large stock of 14k and 18k gold, and implant-grade titanium jewelry. This ensures we can accommodate those with the most sensitive skin, and a variety of styles in jewelry. If you are looking for something specific or have allergies please contact us so we can try to accommodate you!

Jen does not do apadravyas, ampallangs, triangles, or dydoes.
Valerie does not offer genital piercings.

We have not yet resumed offering services for any lip piercings. We will update once those services are available!

We do not offer smiley, tongue, tongue web, or surface anchor/dermal /microdermal piercings at any time.
We do not do any kind of advanced body modifications like beading, implants or coin slots.

Intoxication can weaken the body's ability to heal and respond to the piercing process, increasing the risk of complications like infection, excessive bleeding, and slow healing. Changes to vascularity can lead to issues like additional tissue damage or uneven piercing placement. Effective communication with the piercer is crucial during the process, and intoxication can impede this, potentially resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes and blurred consent

We don’t pierce people who are currently pregnant (or 3 months post-pregnancy). Your body is using this time to focus on making your baby, and a piercing will not heal well for you during this time period. We want to wait until at least 3 months after you’re no longer pregnant before piercing, which allows your body time to heal and return back to normal again!

Doctors advise us against piercing clients who are taking Accutane or for at least 6 months after stopping treatment. While undergoing Accutane treatment your piercing will not heal and has an increased chance of scarring badly.

Removing the jewelry disrupts the natural healing process of the piercing, increasing the risk of complications like infection, migration, and scarring. It also prolongs the overall healing time due to irritation or damage to the piercing site from repeated removal and reinsertion while it’s healing.
Other health and lifestyle factors not listed here may make getting pierced a bad idea so it is worthwhile to discuss medical concerns and such with your piercer before your appointment!
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products no installed jewelry can be returned. We have a 30 day return policy on any jewelry that is still in its heat sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the labeled, heat sealed package, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item package it up safely with a note stating your name, order number and “return” or the invoice with the item you're returning noted. You are responsible for shipping it back to the shop or dropping it off.

We're a small business and cannot offer free returns so you must cover your own return shipping. We are not responsible if the item does not get back to us or does not arrive in the same condition we shipped it in - please package it accordingly. Do not send jewelry in an envelope like a letter - it will be destroyed or lost in the mail sorter at the post office!
Items that have been removed from heat sealed packaging cannot be returned. Items that are marked final sale on the listing cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund as they cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
